LIL' SPORTS

This program is structured to teach the basics of a variety of different sports in a safe, encouraging environment. Classes focus on one sport for four weeks. We go over terminology, rules, and equipment. We participate in fun activities that encourage skills and being active. The four main sports we teach are Football, Basketball, Teeball, and Soccer.

LIL NINJAS

Lil’ Ninja Warriors is our children’s fitness program designed for all ages that incorporates all the elements of the popular tv show Ninja Warrior. In each class, we teach and practice a variety of fundamental skills such as jumping, balance, and climbing through the use of different obstacle courses. We try to make each class fun, unique and challenging!

BABY NINJAS

We now have a mommy and me free playtime! Come in between 9 am-1030 am on Wednesdays with your little one(s) to roam on a gymnastic floor with different baby ninja courses each time. Perfect for crawling until 2.5 years old. Run, climb, jump and be a ninja on our awesome soft play ninja courses!
