RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS PROGRAMS

Our Girls and Boys Recreational Gymnastics Programs are designed for children 5 years of age & older. In addition to skills, all recreational students learn performance-based routines on the Olympic events - the very essence of artistic gymnastics. Two or more days a week is strongly recommended, as consistent participation results in improved fitness, coordination & confidence. Levels feature progressively more advanced skills for continued challenges. Student progress is tracked with skill cards. Upon completion of each level, children receive recognition and advance to the next class level.

CHEERLEADING PROGRAM

Cheerleading 101 is geared toward athletes ages 5 and up and all skill levels. This class teaches all aspects of cheerleading, including motions, dance, jumping, stunting and tumbling. Instructors also work to build strength, coordination, flexibility and technique.

TUMBLING PROGRAM

Beginner Tumbling classes teach tumbling specifically for beginner cheerleaders and those looking to learn the skills of tumbling. Skills taught in this class will include handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, standing back handsprings, standing back tucks, front walkovers, front handsprings and front tucks. Intermediate and Advance Tumbling classes are focused around physical development of air sense necessary to perform saltos and aerials skills. As students advance through the levels, they learn the drills and lead up skills needed to develop forward, backward and aerial tumbling skills.
