About First Coast Gymnastics in Jacksonville, FL
First Coast Gymnastics was founded in 1994 and has been a staple in the Greenland Business Park for over 20 years. We are now in the process of relocating to a brand new sport complex, Above Athletic Center, which will open in June 2018. Located at 14797 Philips Hwy, Jacksonville, FL, 32256, our new gym will not only offer gymnastics, but also basketball, softball, crossfit, and more. At First Coast Gymnastics, we strive to create a fun and safe environment in which to teach gymnastics. Our coaches and trainers are all safety-certified, USAG members and work hard to develop each student’s individual skills to their fullest potential. We offer both recreational classes and competitive teams, so that every child can benefit from the many physical and mental benefits of gymnastics.

Programs at First Coast Gymnastics in Jacksonville, FL
BeAKid
PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Kids 3-4 years old. ~6 students per 1 coach. Kids are taught the basic skills corresponding to their age. They practice using small equipment, as well as the trampoline, tumble track, and foam pit.
BeAKid
GIRLS RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
Girls 5-12 years old. ~8 students per 1 coach. Students have the opportunity to develop skills on Floor, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Vault, Trampoline, and Tumble Track.
BeAKid
TUMBLING PROGRAM
Girls 6-18 years old. ~10 kids for 1 coach. Students have the opportunity to learn tumbling skills. Helpful for cheerleaders and dancers.
