At our gym, we are committed to providing a fun and positive environment to help kids become the best version of themselves. Our recreational gymnastics classes offer a wide range of activities from gymnastics, tumbling, and skill clinics, all in a motivating and encouraging atmosphere. We provide an exciting sport that is focused on recreational gymnastics, helping to build confidence, self-esteem, and healthy bodies. Our core values are a cornerstone of everything we do and teach. Mommy & Me

Our Mommy & Me program is for children 14 months to 3 years. It introduces them to a gymnastics class setting through various obstacle courses that you assist them through. Your child will get to move around the gym and challenge their hand-eye coordination, gross and fine motor skills, and be introduced to colors and counting.

Gymnastics & Tumbling Classes (4 years & up)

From jumping to rolling and flipping to the balance beam, we offer levels for our recreational gymnastics and tumbling programs to meet your child's current skill level. Our coaches work with each child to help them dominate existing skills and learn new techniques, to give them the confidence to feel empowered on and off the mat. Our classes for girls ages 4 years and over range from Kindergym to Advanced. Not sure which level is best for your child? We are here to help recommend the best starting point! Recreational classes are offered in the afternoon Monday through Thursday, and Saturday morning.

Kindergym (Girls ages 5-6)

This is an entry level gymnastics class designed just for our kindergarten aged gymnasts! This class will lay out the foundation for skills on every event such as bars, beam, vault, and floor. We will also focus on body awareness, shaping, and the proper progressions to reach the next level, Beginner II

Beginner Boys (Ages 4-6)

This high-energy combination of obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement is designed to harness boys' limitless energy for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, and character.
