    About Southern Starz Gymnastics in Cape Coral, FL

    At our gymnastics facility in Cape Coral, we have something for everyone. From pre-school age children to teenage gymnasts, we offer a wide array of programs. Our recreational gymnastics classes are designed to teach children ages 3-15 the fundamentals of gymnastics in a safe and stimulating environment. For more ambitious gymnasts, we offer competitive gymnastics levels 2-10. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping each child reach their goals and achieve success. We also offer tumbling classes, day camps, and birthday party packages. At our gymnastics facility, we strive to deliver the best gymnastics instruction in a supportive and positive atmosphere. Our aim is to help you and your family create lasting memories and build confidence. We are committed to providing a fun and safe environment for everyone and we look forward to joining you on your gymnastics journey.

    Summer Camp

    Gymnastics camp is for boys and girls ages 5-14. There will be gymnastic rotations followed by daily fun activities. For our adventure campers we offer rock climbing, rope courses, field day games, trampoline, and open gym. Our camp is designed to give your child a rewarding experience by developing a positive self image through the sport of gymnastics.

    Pre-School Fitness and Fun

    These classes teach basic gymnastic skills to enhance coordination. Gymnasts will use size appropriate balance beams, bars, and trampolines to achieve this goal. We offer two different age groups in our pre-school program, Mom and Me classes are designed for children 1-3 years so that the parent can be with them and offer guidance during the instruction. The final step is our 3-4 old year age group, this group will focus on gymnastic skills as well as body position and coordination.

    Beginning Gymnastics

    All of our classes focus on basic gymnastic skills. Gymnasts are evaluated every 3-4 months, once they have completed all the required skills they will be advanced to the next level. You will be able to track your Childs progress through these evaluations.
