He can pop and lock, cha-cha and salsa, and he’s even known to floss. The Dashers, following Zippy’s lead, twist and twirl, giggle and wiggle, their energy brighter than the sun. The Delaware Dashers are not only the coolest kids in DE, they are the heart and soul, the shimmy and shake, of this magical little state.
