Day Camp
YMCA Camp Woodstock’s Day Camp program offers local campers the unique opportunity to experience the magic of a well-run sleep away camp, but without the necessity to stay the night! Our program is designed for campers ages 6-12 and allows for them to both build a community within their day camp group while also building relationships with campers in our residential program. The program begins each morning with games played as a group, followed by the activities chosen individually on the first day of camp. During their afternoon selected activities, day campers will be joined by our overnight campers.

Sleepaway Camp
Is your child ready for an unforgettable summer at sleepaway camp? Camp Woodstock is known as “The Friendship Camp” because lifelong friendships are made here. The bond among cabin mates who play, work, and live together is unlike any other. Campers return summer after summer to renew those friendships and make new ones. Anybody who spends time at Camp Woodstock is a “Woodstocker” for life!

Leader In Training
Boys and girls who will be 15 or 16 years old by June 15, 2022 are eligible to apply for our unique LIT Program. This program is significantly different than regular camp, and is set up as its own entity. The primary purpose of this intensive, four-week program is to teach leadership skills that will benefit the LIT in his/her home, school, and community. The experience is designed to teach leadership skills including communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution. These skills are taught through many activities from discussions and teambuilding challenges, to speakers and hands-on leadership opportunities, all the while emphasizing the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The LITs live together for four weeks in Roskin Lodge under the leadership of five seasonal LIT Directors. Three weeks are spent in training, and one week is spent assisting counselors with cabin and activity responsibilities. The program also includes an American Red Cross Lifeguard training course.
