HEALTH & FITNESS (ADULT)
We all need that little extra push when it comes to fitness, and a personal trainer can provide the motivation you need to get and stay healthy. Our personal trainers will help you stay in shape, whether you are new to exercise or tired of the same boring routine. If you've got specific goals you'd like to achieve, personal training will help you reach it. If you're simply looking to maintain yourself, training can keep you accountable and active.

SPORTS (AGES 7+)
Designed to encourage participation and having fun, kids are taught basic game skills such as trapping, dribbling, passing, and shooting as well as goalie skills.

SWIMMING (ALL AGES)
Swimming at the Y helps people thrive—in and out of the water. Swim lessons provide babies, toddles, kids, teens and adults with the opportunity to set goals and achieve success, learn water safety and enjoy swimming as a form of exercise.

CHILD CARE (INFANT & TODDLER)
Infant and toddler programs at the YMCA of Greater Hartford provide a safe place for children to learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships and build self-confidence. We place a special emphasis on the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in order to help children grow in spirit, mind and body.

ACTIVITIES & CLUB (ALL AGES)
Looking for somewhere new and exciting to hold your child's next birthday party? Planning a retirement party? Hosting a baby shower? Looking for a unique wedding spot? The YMCA is here to help! Several of our facilities are available for rentals, and we offer a variety of themed parties that will meet your needs! The YMCA hosts parties throughout the year at our camps and branches.

CAMPING (AGES 3+)
YMCA Summer Camps promote friendship, teach life skills, and are tons of FUN! The YMCA of Greater Hartford operates several world-class camps across the Hartford region. Our two flagship day camp programs are Camp Chase in Burlington and Camp Yankee Trails in Tolland, and our world-renowned overnight camps include Camp Jewell in Colebrook and Camp Woodstock in Woodstock Valley. These dedicated camp facilities are among the very best in camp programs focusing on friendship making, new skill development, and building self-esteem.
