About The Spot At JD

At Just Dance Studios, we are passionate about introducing the world of dance to children of all ages. Our Spot program is designed to provide an encouraging and inspiring environment in which young dancers can learn and grow. Our classes cover a variety of styles, from jazz and contemporary to hip-hop and ballet, and range from beginner to pre-professional level. We also offer preschool programs that go beyond just teaching dance steps, and focus on proper alignment, terminology, technique, and musicality. Our Spot program is dedicated to helping each dancer reach their fullest potential not only as a dancer, but as a well-rounded individual. Our warm and creative atmosphere provides a safe space for children of all abilities to express themselves through movement. We believe in empowering our students to reach their goals and strive to provide the highest quality of dance education.

Contemporary
A style of expressive dance which incorporates elements of many dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical, and ballet. Dancers learn to express different emotions and abstract concepts through movement.

This technique based class is a blend of ballet and jazz. Dancers explore and learn to express emotions such as love, joy, and sadness through movement.

This upbeat class consists of warm-up and across the floor exercises that are specially designed to strengthen dancers technique and flexibility. Dancers learn combinations to cutting edge choreography that challenge them physically and mentally!
