At our gymnastics center, we strive to help our gymnasts reach their fullest potential. We believe that each of our gymnasts can become strong and confident individuals through the sport of gymnastics. Our mission is to create an environment of empowerment and support for our gymnasts, teaching them the values of health, confidence, teamwork, and persistence. We strive to cultivate a strength of character that will serve them for a lifetime of achievement. We believe that gymnastics can help our gymnasts learn the importance of physical health, confidence in themselves, the ability to work with others, and the determination to persist in the face of challenges. We are dedicated to providing our gymnasts with a supportive and encouraging atmosphere in which they can grow. At our gymnastics center, we strive to instill in our gymnasts the values of health, confidence, teamwork, and persistence. Our goal is to provide an environment where our gymnasts can gain a lifelong strength of character that will help them reach their full potential. Through the sport of gymnastics, we aim to empower our community and help our gymnasts achieve success.

Prenastics Program

Our prenastics program is a "Grown Up and Me" class incorporating basic gymnastics tumbling, strength training, stretching, singing, self direction and focus, as well as coordination and balance into one fun class! The focus of our Prenastics Program is to enhance focus, confidence, coordination, strength, listening, and of course, fun! The skills our little gymnasts learn will help them move to new levels in gymnastics, prepare them for preschool, elementary school, and beyond!

Ninja Zone

NinjaZone is the coolest thing happening this year! Enroll your child today in our NinjaZone to experience the hottest sport sweeping the nation. Your child will show off their official sweet Ninja moves and have more confidence than when they started. NinjaZone combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement, while also focusing on building character. Your child's confidence will soar, as they rise to challenges every day. Your child will want to run, have fun, and burn off energy at home.

Recreational Gymnastics

Northwest Gymnastics has developed a strong recreational program that best suits families in our local community. Our facility accommodates our newly structured programs and provides a fun and safe environment for all children to enjoy the sport of gymnastics at any level but encourages the opportunity to grow within the sport and create an overall foundation of dedication, focus, inspiration, and love for fitness.
