Youth Karate Lessons In-Person and Online

Youth classes are a combination of live zoom classes and in-person karate classes. Join us online and in-person at our new location 945 Cromwell Ave. Rocky Hill, (Rhythm N Sync). Our youth students have fun learning karate while developing focus, self-discipline, and confidence.

Adult Classes In-Person

Our adult program is back in-person. Join us at our new location, 945 Cromwell Ave Rocky Hill (Rhythm N Sync). Learn how to defend yourself, work on coordination and balance, increase your self-confidence and focus at your own pace. This program is for adults, and teens of all ages, fitness, and ability levels.
