About Athletic Perfection

At Athletic Perfection in the Central Valley, we are dedicated to instilling important values and positive character development in young people through the sport of all-star cheer and recreation tumbling. Our gym is a safe and encouraging environment where children can learn and practice the growth mindset and develop valuable skills such as teamwork, commitment, hard work, strength, and fitness. Our experienced staff and coaches are dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential, both inside and outside of the gym. We are always excited to meet new “Champions in Training” and welcome them into our Athletic Perfection family. We strive to cultivate a fun and welcoming atmosphere, while providing our athletes with the opportunity to make lifelong friendships and to achieve their goals. We believe that everyone has the power to become a champion and that we can provide the resources to help them reach their highest potential.

Tumbling Classes

The GEM program is the recreational tumbling classes at Athletic Perfection. Classes are OPEN to team and non- team members. Each GEM is a different level. There are multiple classes within each GEM level. ALL classes are systematized and strategically planned for progression. Classes are structured by ability. ALL classes consist of a warm-up, conditioning and stretching. GEMS participate in one on one instruction as well as supervised performance of drills/stations. GEM classes are offered Monday through Thursday for ages 5-17. All classes are taught in our over 6,000 square foot facility, equipped with two spring floors, 30’ tumble track, spotting harness and state of the art sound system. ALL GEM classes are 50 minutes.

Camps

Athletic Perfection provides Custom Camps for stunting, tumbling and choreography. We have worked with high schools and pop warner teams throughout the Central Valley.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are 30 minutes and offered as a “one on one” format. Buddy privates are allowed if two clients each book 30 minutes and choose to do an hour together.
