About Camp James

At Camp James, we have been creating memories and friendships that last a lifetime for over 30 years. Our dedicated team of directors, supervisors and staff are committed to making sure your camper has the best summer ever. Our philosophy of being kind to each other, the environment, and our camp grounds is at the core of our summer camp experience. We strive to create an atmosphere of fun and learning, while also emphasizing the importance of social networking in the old fashioned way. We are proud to have provided an unforgettable summer experience to thousands of children and their families, and we look forward to making more memories this summer.

Day Camp
Camp James welcomes international campers and is proud to have had past campers from so many different countries (including China, Japan, Korea, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Mexico, Spain, France, England, Turkey, and even Texas). Our staff at Camp James is typically English speaking only but are wonderful at helping non-english speaking campers feel right at home at camp. Camp is a wonderful and natural way for children who are English learners to practise their English communication skills. Since camp allows for friendships to form easily it is the ideal learning environment to connect with others.
