Aquatics
From beginners to swim team, our adaptive aquatics program has something to offer all ages and skill levels. Each swimmer is assessed and provided individual swim goals geared to achieve progressive swim levels. Swimming is a great way to improve muscle strength and tone, and increase range of motion. Learning aquatic safety and skills provides the opportunity to increase self-esteem and confidence while developing meaningful relationships with peers and coaches. Both 1:1 and group lessons available.

Behavior Therapy
Leaps N Boundz excels in providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, teens and adults. Our highly certified staff specializes in autism spectrum disorder and serves anyone with developmental, cognitive and physical disabilities. Our clinical offering of Behavior Analysis is in addition to the therapeutic recreational programs such as: adaptive sports, social skills group sessions, camp programs, and community building activities and outings. We are invested in the growth of our clients by helping them learn adaptive skills and age-appropriate behaviors that in turn help them become successful in their lives. We also recognize the importance of early intervention. Situations that are addressed immediately require a shorter length of service and help avoid more challenging situations.

Gymnastics
Gymnastics sessions include climbing, tumbling, trampoline, balance beam, bars, vault and strengthen and conditioning within our safe and fun learning environment. These sensory and motor activities can build a foundation for muscle strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture, which can increase spatial awareness, body management and self-confidence. Each gymnast is assessed and provided individual goals geared to achieve progressive gymnastics levels. Sessions are available for all ages and abilities, either 1:1 or in small groups.
