Recreational Gymnastics
Beginning at walking, SDG offers fun and fitness for all ages. All classes are instructed by USAG, CPR and First Aid coaches and follow skill-based lesson plans to ensure your child is having fun while being appropriately challenged!

Parkour & Ninja
SDG’s parkour classes are designed by World Free Running Parkour Federation certified coaches and make the perfect fit for any child who loves to move at a fast pace, test the limits, engage in strength building and have loads of fitness fun!
