Our goal is to create a positive and supportive atmosphere where every child can reach their full potential. From our humble beginnings, we’ve been able to expand our programs and reach more families. Today, we’re proud to serve thousands of students and families, and help them discover the joys of gymnastics and the benefits of staying active. Head Over Heels has been a community of gymnastics enthusiasts since 1977. Started by one woman with a dream to share the joy of gymnastics, our extended family of students, parents, coaches, donors, and sponsors have all played a part in creating a dynamic team that strives for excellence. We offer classes, competitions, and camps for all ages and abilities. Our coaches provide personalized feedback and guidance, helping each child reach their full potential. We’re committed to creating a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages a growth mindset and helps kids recognize the benefits of an active lifestyle. Since our founding, we’ve been able to expand our reach and provide quality gymnastics instruction to thousands of students and families. No School Day Camps (Ages 4+)

Head Over Heels will open registration for new No School Day Camps once we have enough children committed to enrolling (a minimum of six for a single day camp, or a minimum of eight for a full week camp) and are able to staff the dates requested.

Field Trips (ages 2+ years)

Gymnastics builds strength, self-esteem, confidence, concentration, and coordination. Children receive a full hour of games and selected gymnastics all catered to the age of the group. School groups, youth groups, or adult groups can schedule special excursions in our facility to learn gymnastics skills. The field trip is 1 hour of instructor guided exercises including warm-up, trampoline, pit, parachute play, obstacle courses, and free play.

The Afterschool Club (For Ages 4+)

During this program children will have the opportunity to work on homework, enjoy free time in & outside of the gym, make crafts, play board games, and have fun!
