About Zooga Yoga - Culver City

Antonia is an amazing mom of three who has taken all of her passions and crafted a career that is both successful and meaningful. After receiving her BA in Film & Television from USC, she went on to become a notable producer for major entertainment companies such as Pixar, Disney, Fox, Sony, and MTV. Since childhood, Antonia has had a strong affinity for dance and performance, which she honed through ballet, contemporary dance, musicals, and television. Her interests in health and wellness have led her to build Zooga Yoga, a studio and brand that provides books, music, yoga cards, and yoga gear. She is dedicated to bringing the Zooga YogaPlay® interactive experience to children and families across the US, while managing her LA-based studio with her partner Chris and their three kids. Antonia has skillfully blended her creativity, passion, and business acumen to create a career that brings joy and health to people of all ages.

A great class for kids graduating from Storybook Ballet and Twirling Butterflies classes. Give your dancers the a more advanced ballet experience in a yoga environment. Dancers are led through classical barre exercises, center work and strengthening stretches. A ballet class for EVERYONE of all levels!

Family Zooga Yoga (walkers - 8 years) + adult
The ultimate ZOOGA YOGA® signature class! Yoga is a fun, joyful and peaceful way for families to move together mindfully. This class is an introduction to yoga with an adventure theme that focuses on FUN AND FAMILY! We begin by focusing and tuning-in, followed by a playful practice that includes animal poses, partner poses, music, games and laughs. Class ends with guided imagery and relaxation (savasana). Kickin' Ninjas Martial Arts (2.5 - 5 years)
Focus the wild child in every kid through this high-energy kickboxing/martial arts class. Designed to introduce concepts of basic self-defense in a playful SAFE environment, your Ninja will participate in group activities, games, and physical conditioning to build strength, self-esteem, and teach principles of safety and SELF-CONTROL. This is a non-contact class and we practice personal space and mindfulness. No experience necessary.
