About STEM Center USA

Melissa and Lavanya Jawaharlal, two sisters with a passion for tinkering and creating, have taken their engineering skills to a whole new level. Graduates of Mechanical Engineering at USC and UC Berkeley, the two have founded STEM Center USA, with locations in Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga. The centers provide students a safe and enjoyable learning environment to explore technology and sharpen their skills. The sisters have also taken it a step further by creating meaningful relationships between students and instructors. This provides students with role models in STEM and allows them to have a more positive learning experience. As they plan to open more centers in the future, the Jawaharlal sisters are committed to bringing their passion for engineering and technology to even more students.

Summer Camps
Join us at our centers for summer center hours or at our weeklong summer camps at our partner locations hosted at schools and universities across California! We are partnering with local schools and community sites to bring STEM Center Camps closer to you! This year we will host camps in Claremont, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Santa Barbara, Pomona, San Diego, Irvine, and more!

We customize curriculum according to your child’s interests and unique needs. We will work with you to make a long-term learning plan for your child to reach their goals and beyond!

Expose your child to the world of technology in a fun, interactive way. We start in a comfortable course to build your child’s confidence and foundational knowledge. Then we provide a variety of robotics and coding classes to choose from based on the student’s interests.
