Dance
Our SUMMER session runs 7 weeks however due to Holidays, Special Events, Flash mobs, and Performances, the SUMMER session may need to cancel a class depending on the day, time, and class you are enrolled in. All prices are for the entire 10 week session. There is a $35 membership fee, per student that renews every Spring Session.

Create
Painting, sculpting, drawing, are all relaxing, lower your stress levels and leave you feeling mentally clear and calm. Creating ART provides a distraction, giving your brain a break from your usual thoughts and responsibilities. It increases the “feel good” neurotransmitter dopamine, also called the “motivation molecule”. Art requires mental focus and following directions. This stimulates your brain to grow new neurons, and in turn helps wards off depression, and protects the brain from aging.
