Preschool Gymnastics

Our exciting preschool classes focus on teaching children to love learning through gymnastics and motor movements. Class activities include educational themes to teach basic tumbling, bars, trampoline, and beam, as well as social skill development. Students work through a wide variety of stations developing coordination, agility, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and motor skills. Every students receive a star book to take home and track their accomplishments and successes.

Girls Gymnastics Academy

Imagine for a moment she is at the park swinging on the monkey bars, skipping a bar in between each swing, and reaches the end with a huge smile on her face for her accomplishment that few non-gymnastic kids are able to complete. Yes this is just the monkey bars at the park for now, but in the future the confidence in her self-esteem will allow her to accomplish so many amazing things. We are passionate about teaching her high quality gymnastics because we know, from personal experience, that everything she learns here benefits her future.

Boys Gymnastics Academy

Every boy at some point in his life imagines being a superhero. We can’t promise he will become a superhero, but we work to get him as close as possible to moving, tumbling and flipping like a superhero. The superhero confidence your son will gain from gymnastics influences all areas of his lives and activities. Our gymnasts are the boys that people watch, at the playground, in the yard or on the field and are amazed at their balance, strength and ability to move. So even if he can’t learn to fly like a superhero, he will develop superhero self-esteem as he learns gymnastics.
