About Nora's Creative Dance
Nora Stebbins has been teaching dance in Alameda, CA, since 1989, inspiring students of all ages with her energy and expertise. She offers classes at Ruby’s Tumbling and is a teacher for Dance/10 Performing Arts Center. Nora is a Certified Master Teacher in Acrobatics by Dance Masters of America, Inc. and has trained her acro team for regional and national competition. In addition to teaching, Nora is an experienced performer. She’s had the opportunity to travel and perform internationally, at Disneyland, Disney World, the SF Giants opening day, and The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Most recently, she was featured in a 2006 Coca Cola commercial which aired during the NCAA Final Four basketball games and performed on stage with the late Bryant Cash-Welch. Nora is also certified in Early Childhood Education and has been teaching pre-school in Alameda for over 30 years. “Teacher Nora” is a well-respected and beloved figure in the community, and her students have learned a great deal from her over the years.
