Their leader, Wacky Whiskers, a playful white arctic fox, stands tall wearing a monocle and a top hat, his bushy tail swishing in delight. Wacky Whiskers, despite his batting eyelashes and a constant giggle, has a hawk-eye, sharper than the pointy icicles hanging from the roofs. He sets the targets, always landing one on a funny snowman's carrot nose or sometimes on a grumpy walrus's big, bulky tusks, making everyone laugh.
